إسراء فتاة شغوفة نحو التغييرالفعال والإيجابي في المجتمع وخاصة العمل الشبابيّ. شاركت في العديد من البرامج التطوعية والتدريبية في مرحلة الدراسة الجامعية وما بعدها، أرغب في اكتساب وتعلم المزيد والجديد من المهارات القيادية والتقنية في سبيل توظيفها بشكل مستدام في المجتمعين الفلسطيني والعربي.
