سجى الفقرا مهندسة مدنية خبرتي تتنوع بين العمل في مجال السياسة حيث شاركت مع المعهد الديمقراطي الوطني ومعهد السياسة والمجتمع واللجنة الوطنية لشؤون المرأة والهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب وايضا بمجال البيئة حيث شاركت مع منظمة كير العالمية بمبادرة خطوة لمناخ آمن وايضا مؤتمر ال LCOY وبمجال التعليم مع مبادرة مدرستي وايضا بمجال الصحة مع الجمعية الملكية للتوعية الصحية والعديد من المنظمات الاخرى سواء على الصعيد التطوعي او المشاريع ، حيث أتيحت لي الفرصة لتطوير مهاراتي في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات. أحب العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات وأقدر قيمة التعاون والعمل الجماعي لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.

Saja Al-Fuqara is a civil engineer with diverse experience across various fields. In politics, she has collaborated with the National Democratic Institute, the Institute of Politics and Society, the Jordanian National Commission for Women, and the Independent Election Commission. In the environmental field, she participated with CARE International through the “Step for a Safer Climate” initiative and took part in the LCOY Conference. In education, she contributed to the Madrasati Initiative, and in health, she worked with the Royal Health Awareness Society, among many other organizations, both in volunteer roles and project-based work. These experiences have allowed her to develop strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. She enjoys working in multicultural environments and values collaboration and teamwork to achieve shared goals.

Saja Al-Fuqara est ingénieure civile avec une expérience diversifiée dans plusieurs domaines. En politique, elle a collaboré avec le National Democratic Institute, l’Institute of Politics and Society, la Commission nationale jordanienne pour les femmes et la Commission électorale indépendante. Dans le domaine environnemental, elle a participé avec CARE International à l’initiative « Step for a Safer Climate » et a pris part à la Conférence LCOY. Dans le domaine de l’éducation, elle a contribué à l’Initiative Madrasati, et dans le domaine de la santé, elle a travaillé avec la Royal Health Awareness Society, parmi de nombreuses autres organisations, à la fois dans des rôles bénévoles et dans le cadre de projets. Ces expériences lui ont permis de développer de solides compétences en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes. Elle apprécie travailler dans des environnements multiculturels et valorise la collaboration et le travail d’équipe pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
