Eligibility Criteria
- Residency in Africa
- Current or previous work experience (including internships or apprenticeships) or willingness to start working within the next 12 months
- Less than 5 years of work experience (more than 5 years acceptable in nonprofit or non-managerial roles)
- Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
