The Aspire Leaders Program is a free global leadership development program designed for university students and recent graduates from low-income backgrounds or those who are the first in their families to attend university. The program aims to empower young people by developing leadership skills and supporting their ability to create positive social impact while building a global network of emerging leaders.
The program is delivered entirely online and combines self-paced learning with interactive sessions led by global experts and leaders. During the program, participants learn professional development skills such as building a strong CV, creating a professional LinkedIn profile, interview preparation, and networking strategies. In addition, participants engage in discussions and advanced learning sessions focused on leadership and community impact.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Must come from a low-income background or be a first-generation university student.

- Graduate students and graduates are eligible to apply starting from the 2026 program cycle.
