Note: Participants are expected to arrive in Accra one day before the programme begins and depart after the closing session.
• Must be African and residing in Africa
• Works as a policymaker, journalist, civil society leader, or academic with a clear interest in climate and energy issues
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the field, with a demonstrated commitment to addressing oil dependency risks and advancing sustainable energy solutions
• Strong interest in exploring sustainable energy alternatives and their potential to reduce fossil fuel dependency across Africa
• Full availability to participate in all programme sessions and activities throughout the week
• Proficiency in English
• Full coverage of programme fees and all training materials
• Round-trip flights for non-Ghanaian participants
• Ground transportation to and from the programme venue for all participants
• Accommodation throughout the programme
• All meals provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) throughout the programme
