Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) in Moscow, Russia, offers competitive admission to Master's and PhD programs. Eligibility Criteria
- Open to international students from all countries worldwide
- Bachelor's degree holders for Master's programs
- Master's degree (or equivalent) holders for PhD programs
- English proficiency: TOEFL iBT (min. 72), TOEFL ITP (min. 543), SCT Linguatest (min. 66), Duolingo B2+, or university certificate confirming English as the language of instruction
- If no language proof available at application: internal English test can be taken at Skoltech during the final stage
- Required portfolio: CV in English, motivation letter (500–1000 words), two recommendation letters, latest degree/transcript, certificates and awards (optional)
- Commitment to all selection stages: online test, then interview and entrepreneurship/innovation challenge at the final stage
