The call opens on 10 February 2026 and closes on 8 March 2026 at midnight Atlantic Standard Time (AST). There are three submission categories: Creative Writing (poetry, short fiction, creative nonfiction), Music, and Visual Arts. Each individual may submit one entry in one category only. Submissions should address themes of climate change, climate mobility, and stories of communities affected by the climate crisis. The anthology is planned for publication in mid-2026.

The Global Centre for Climate Mobility invites young creatives from the Greater Caribbean, Africa, and the Pacific to submit works to a digital creative anthology exploring the lived realities, tensions, and imaginaries of climate mobility. The anthology brings together creative writing, music, and visual arts to foreground youth perspectives from regions disproportionately impacted by climate stressors, displacement dynamics, and immobility.

Eligibility Criteria
Submissions are invited from individuals who are citizens or residents of countries in the Greater Caribbean, Africa, or the Pacific and who are 18-35 years of age at the time of submission.
Opportunity Benefits
Publication in an international digital anthology. One outstanding entry from each category (Creative Writing, Music, Visual Arts) will be recognized as a category winner. The three selected winners will be invited to attend the Berlin Climate Mobility Forum in June 2026.
