The We Are Family FoundationThree Dot Dash program empowers Global Teen Leaders (GTLs) aged 13–19 to tackle pressing global challenges and create a more peaceful and sustainable future. In 2026, the program is focused on environmental initiatives with tangible results. Selected participants will attend an in-person summit in London, receive one-on-one mentorship, access leadership development tools, and join a global network of changemakers spanning 75+ countries.

Details

Duration: Year-long mentorship and leadership development program.

In-person Summit: Just Peace Summit, London, UK (late September / early October 2026).

Focus 2026: Environmental initiatives, or sustainability combined with other areas such as education, social justice, health, technology, and culture.

Mentorship: One-year individualized mentorship with an expert in the participant’s field.

Ongoing Support: Year-round virtual leadership and development programming.

Global Network: Connect with GTLs from 75+ countries across six continents.

Fees: Completely free. All travel, visa, hotel, meals, and local transportation in London are covered by We Are Family Foundation for selected participants.

Application Process: Three steps:

  1. Pre-Application: Confirms program eligibility.
  2. Main Application: For approved pre-applicants.
  3. Nominator Form: Completed by a trusted mentor or supporter.


Eligibility Criteria
  • Ages 13–19 in 2026.
  • Leading an active environmental initiative that is already producing results.
  • Commitment to continue the project for at least the next two years.
  • Ability to attend the in-person summit in London.
  • Must be a key leader in an active social impact initiative.
