Ecothon is a three-day climate innovation hackathon held as part of Oman Climate Week 2026. It brings together builders, developers, researchers, students, and changemakers to develop practical solutions to real environmental and climate challenges. Participants work in teams to understand a challenge, develop an innovative solution, build and test a prototype, and present their final solution to a judging panel. The event also provides access to mentors and industry experts, while promising ideas with startup potential may receive additional support after the hackathon.
