- Individual project: Mentees are expected to complete a small project during the two-month programme, such as creating an updated CV or writing a cover letter.

- Certificate: All participants who complete the programme receive a certificate of completion.
The Asian Environmental Youth Network (AEYN) Mentorship Program connects young people from Asia who are interested in climate and environmental issues with mentors who can support them in developing their professional, educational, and climate activism goals. The programme aims to build a supportive community that enables young people to pursue careers in the climate and environmental sectors, better understand green jobs and career pathways, and benefit from the experience and guidance of mentors. The programme lasts approximately two months and includes regular one-on-one meetings between mentors and mentees, as well as networking opportunities, professional workshops, and expert sessions. Mentees are also expected to complete a small individual project related to their professional goals during the programme. The programme is free for mentees.
- Applicants must identify as Asian.
- The programme is open to individuals from all Asian countries.
- Applicants must be between 14 and 27 years old.
- The programme particularly targets students and individuals with 0–3 years of full-time work experience.
- Applicants must join the AEYN network before applying to the mentorship programme.
- Applicants can apply either as a Mentee or a Mentor.
- For mentees: Applicants are expected to participate in an introductory training session, attend three one-on-one mentoring sessions, and complete a small individual project during the programme.
- For mentors: Applicants must attend a 45-minute introductory training and conduct and guide three one-on-one sessions with their mentee(s).
- Shortlisted applicants will participate in a 20-minute interview with the AEYN team before final acceptance.
