The Regional Conference of Youth – Middle East and North Africa 2026 (RCOY MENA 2026) is an official regional youth climate conference endorsed by YOUNGO, the official Children and Youth Constituency of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The conference is organized in the Sultanate of Oman by Madad for Development and Foras Khadra. It aims to bring together young people, organizations, and institutions working on climate action across the MENA region to address climate adaptation, the green economy, climate finance and governance, and capacity and skills development. The four-day conference will feature more than 40 sessions, workshops, and dialogues, as well as a regional climate hackathon, Youth Climate and Innovation Exhibition, climate negotiations simulation, and the development of the MENA Regional Youth Statement.

Eligibility Criteria
- The application is intended for individuals, organizations, and Local Conferences of Youth (LCOYs) wishing to participate as speakers, session hosts, or organizers of sessions, workshops, and dialogues.
- Government entities, UN agencies, international organizations, diplomatic missions, donors, private-sector organizations, financial institutions, universities, and civil society organizations may apply through the Partners and Supporters Track.
- Applicants must select the appropriate participation track in the final question of the application form.
- Applications can be completed in either Arabic or English.
