The Ehsaan International Forum is an Arab and international platform that aims to promote a culture of volunteerism, encourage pioneering community projects that serve society, and provide a creative environment for innovators and volunteer teams. The forum includes competitions, project presentations, and networking opportunities for participating entrepreneurs from various countries.

👈🏼Location: Sultanate of Oman – Organizers and participating teams from several countries (contact details provided).
👈🏼Timeline: Project announcement and registration begin in February, close in mid-March, followed by evaluation and events during late March and April 2026.
👈🏼Funding: Financial prizes for winning teams.
👈🏼Fees: Participation fees are not yet available.

Submissions are received, then reviewed, and the top fifteen eligible volunteer projects are selected. The fifteen teams that qualify for the final stage of the competition, which will take place in the Sultanate of Oman, are then contacted and all aspects of the final stage are coordinated with them, including the competition dates, arrival times, reception, and accommodation. Upon arrival of all teams, a welcome and orientation meeting is held for the participants, including an explanation of the forum's program and an introductory session.

Eligibility Criteria

👈🏼General Terms and Conditions for the Ehsaan Competition:

1- Applicants must be individuals or groups aged 20-35.
2- The project idea must be sustainable and implemented between 2023 and 2025.
3- The project must have a clear vision, mission, objectives, and target audience.
4- The project idea must be creative and innovative, offering a community service such as (an application or website, addressing a specific issue, facilitating services, a scientific innovation, etc.).
5- Each team may submit only one project to the competition.
6- The project must be a non-profit, community-based, voluntary initiative.

👈🏼Final Criteria for Evaluating and Qualifying Projects for the Ihsan International Competition 2026:

1- Criterion One: Community Impact and Empowerment - (40%)
• Qualitative Results: The extent to which beneficiaries transition from receiving aid to becoming empowered.
• Reach: The size of the beneficiary group (job seekers, productive families, entrepreneurs).
• Tangible Change: Measuring the difference before and after the volunteer intervention.
2- Criterion Two: Operational Efficiency and Governance - (25%)
• Technical Quality: Clarity of documentation and professionalism of the presentation submitted to the competition.
• Governance: The project's compliance with official laws and regulations.
