Submissions are received, then reviewed, and the top fifteen eligible volunteer projects are selected. The fifteen teams that qualify for the final stage of the competition, which will take place in the Sultanate of Oman, are then contacted and all aspects of the final stage are coordinated with them, including the competition dates, arrival times, reception, and accommodation. Upon arrival of all teams, a welcome and orientation meeting is held for the participants, including an explanation of the forum's program and an introductory session.

👈🏼General Terms and Conditions for the Ehsaan Competition:
1- Applicants must be individuals or groups aged 20-35.
2- The project idea must be sustainable and implemented between 2023 and 2025.
3- The project must have a clear vision, mission, objectives, and target audience.
4- The project idea must be creative and innovative, offering a community service such as (an application or website, addressing a specific issue, facilitating services, a scientific innovation, etc.).
5- Each team may submit only one project to the competition.
6- The project must be a non-profit, community-based, voluntary initiative.
