The Global Youth Climate Training Programme (GYCT) 2026 is a free, fully online capacity-development programme for young people aged 16–35 who want to strengthen their understanding of international climate policy and develop practical climate advocacy skills. The programme is delivered by the Global Youth Coalition, in collaboration with Oxford Net Zero, the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, and the Youth Negotiators Academy.
The programme is designed to build participants' knowledge and confidence to engage in international climate policy discussions and prepare for climate-related opportunities around COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 16–35 years old on 1 September 2026.
- Must be able to participate online using Zoom.
- Must be able to participate in English-language sessions, with language or interpretation support where available.
- If selected, must commit to completing at least 80% of the attendance forms.
