The Arab Council for the Social Sciences (ACSS) announces the tenth cycle of its research grant program on the theme of “Artificial Intelligence: Technology, Society, and Learning in the Arab Region.” The program aims to support researchers and research institutions conducting interdisciplinary research on development issues in the Arab world, including economics, politics, society, the environment, migration, inequality, and social transformations.


The program focuses on producing in-depth scholarly knowledge grounded in social science and humanities methodologies and encourages research projects that offer critical insights and new approaches to development issues in the Arab region. Projects may include new research, extensions of existing research, or comparative studies across several Arab countries and societies.
